I was visiting with the safety manager of a truck fleet recently and he shared with me his trick. When drivers start to slack, every evening for a few weeks he will walk the yard and put Sally the baby doll under the tire of a random truck. Drivers have been warned that if they run Sally over, there will be a come to Jesus meeting.
