As a company, you may decide it’s best drivers do not pass slow-moving equipment or vehicles in the left lane, even if it is a passing zone, as the uncertainty of that equipment or car turning left is a risk not worth taking.

Staying safely behind a slow-moving tractor for a few miles will not cause a load to be late or make a noticeable difference in anyone's paycheck.
